Senior Associate, Investor Relations
A New York-based investment firm is seeking an Associate-level Investor Relations professional to join its growing infrastructure and real assets platform. This individual will play a key role in supporting fundraising and investor engagement efforts across co-investment, secondary, and primary strategies. The role offers exposure to the full fund lifecycle and the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of investor communications, including presentations, quarterly updates, and marketing materials.
- Respond to RFPs, DDQs, and other investor inquiries with timely, accurate, and consistent information.
- Collaborate with internal teams including business development, legal, finance, compliance, and analytics to ensure alignment and quality in all client-facing materials.
- Conduct market and industry research to support investor conversations and strategic positioning.
- Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, webinars, conferences, and other events.
- Assist in streamlining internal processes and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance the investor experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in infrastructure, real assets, or broader financial services.
- Strong writing, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in private markets, investment banking, or placement firms is preferred.
