Senior Associate, Channel Marketing (Wealth)
Summary: Our client is a multi-manager investment firm based in Stamford, Connecticut, with approximately $27 billion in assets under management. They are seeking to hire a Senior Associate to support integrated marketing initiatives across the US Wealth channels, with a particular focus on RIAs and Broker-Dealer partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop components of advisor‑focused marketing campaigns spanning digital content, email communications, paid placements, events, and printed collateral.
- Maintain detailed schedules, project plans, and tracking tools to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution across multiple simultaneous programs.
- Support advisor acquisition and engagement initiatives through segmented outreach, performance monitoring, and data‑informed adjustments to boost engagement and efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation of program materials to ensure consistency with brand standards, messaging guidelines, and regulatory expectations.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams-including product specialists, sales professionals, legal and compliance partners, and operational support groups-to align initiatives with strategic priorities and approval workflows.
- Manage cross‑channel workflows to ensure cohesive messaging and high‑quality execution across all touchpoints.
- Partner across the organization to verify that marketing outputs meet standards for accuracy, compliance, and advisor relevance.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience within the asset management or wealth management space.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. wealth distribution channels (RIAs, independent advisory firms, broker‑dealers).
- Familiarity with investment products and solutions, including those within private markets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize marketing programs using analytics and data‑driven insights.
- Proven project‑management capability and comfort with fast‑paced, multifaceted execution.
- Strong communication skills and experience using marketing platforms and automation tools (e.g., analytics dashboards, CRM systems, and content‑management tools).
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid‑media campaign structures is a plus.
