Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Mithilfe bei der Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldung
- Bearbeitung der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Auftragsabwicklung, Rechnungs- und Zahlungsmanagement sowie Mahnwesen
- Prüfung und Terminierung von Eingangsrechnungen
- Korrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch
- Überprüfung von Abschlüssen und Buchungen
Das Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Kommunikationsstärke, organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und analytisch-konzeptionelles Denken
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
