What the Regional Director, Institutional Sales will do:
- Drive business development by marketing a broad range of investment strategies to prospective and existing institutional clients.
- Develop and execute strategic plans with measurable goals for capital raising and relationship building.
- Build strong partnerships with institutions such as pension plans, endowments, foundations, family offices, and corporate entities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Provide insights on investment philosophy, process, and performance through meetings, presentations, and ongoing communication.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new opportunities and inform product development.
What the Regional Director, Institutional Sales should possess:
- 10+ years of experience in institutional sales or relationship management within asset management or alternative investments.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and raising capital across multiple strategies.
- Strong understanding of alternative investments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
- Ability to travel.
