Quant Developer (C++)
工作职责：
- 负责海外策略（重点为美股及 APAC）在生产环境中的交易落地、执行支持与交易系统优化，参与或主导新市场接入及交易体系 rollout
- 基于对市场 microstructure、交易规则及真实交易约束的理解，设计并优化策略在真实市场中的执行流程与交易逻辑
- 持续支持策略实盘运行，监控并处理生产环境中的交易问题，包括订单异常、流动性问题、corporate actions等
- 参与交易风控规则的设计与优化，确保策略在不同市场中的稳定运行
- 与 research 及 engineering 团队协作，推动策略从 research 到 production 的稳定落地
- 总结并沉淀交易经验，形成可复用的交易执行与市场接入框架
任职要求：
- 在美股或 APAC 市场具备多年实盘交易或 production trading support 经验，对至少一个市场具备深入理解，包括交易规则、市场结构及实际执行细节
- 具备新市场或新交易体系从0到1的参与经验，能够基于过往经验识别关键路径并规避常见问题，而非依赖试错探索
- 深入理解真实交易环境中的执行约束，包括订单限制、流动性、交易成本、borrow / locate 等
- 具备扎实的 Python 和 C++ 编程能力，能够阅读、修改并调试生产环境交易系统代码，并在实盘环境中支持交易问题排查与系统定位
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能够使用中英文进行工作沟通
