A global financial technology firm is hiring a Product Analyst to support its workplace security and safety platforms across a global office footprint.
This role sits at the intersection of product, data analysis, and physical security systems, focused on tools like badge access, surveillance, and safety infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Support the roadmap for security and workplace safety systems
- Analyze access logs, system data, and events to drive decisions
- Translate business and compliance needs into product capabilities
- Partner with engineering, security ops, and facilities teams
- Evaluate and prioritize system upgrades (software + hardware)
- Improve user experience across access control and surveillance tools
What You Bring
- 3+ years in a Product, Business, or Technical Analyst role
- Experience with access control / physical security systems
- Exposure to CCURE 9000 and/or video surveillance platforms (e.g., Genetec)
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with system logs/data
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Multi-site or enterprise security system experience
- Exposure to product development or user feedback cycles
- Familiarity with compliance or security regulations
