Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Producer to join their growing team in Northern California. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about helping businesses secure the coverage they need.
As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional service throughout the insurance process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Consult with small business owners to understand their coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Utilize our client's digital platform to quote, bind, and manage policies efficiently.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed on industry trends, carrier guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in California (or ability to obtain).
- Proven experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and platforms.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
