- Assist in the evaluation, structuring, and execution of investment transactions.

- Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for senior management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top overseas university or a Top2 universities in China.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting is preferred.
- Fluency in English.
