Job Title: Natural Gas Scheduler- Mid-Con
Location: Houston
Join a leading global energy firm as a Natural Gas Scheduler supporting Mid-Continent operations. This role ensures timely and accurate scheduling of natural gas flows across multiple pipelines, optimizing logistics and maintaining compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with traders, counterparties, and pipeline operators in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm natural gas nominations across Mid-Con pipelines.
- Monitor pipeline capacity, imbalances, and resolve scheduling discrepancies.
- Communicate with traders and counterparties to align physical flows with trading strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in Endur and other internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with FERC regulations and pipeline tariffs.
- Provide timely updates on operational constraints and market conditions.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in gas scheduling in Mid-Con markets.
- Proficiency with Endur or similar ETRM systems.
- Strong understanding of pipeline operations, tariffs, and nomination cycles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
