Mit über 100 Standorten und mehreren Marken ist der Kunde bestrebt, außergewöhnliche Gästeerlebnisse und innovative Dienstleistungen zu bieten.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung von Bau, Facility Management und Einkauf durch Analysen und Reportings
- Erstellung von Budget, Forecasts und Abweichungsanalysen
- Berichterstattung an das Group Controlling und Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen
- Markt- und Rohstoffanalysen sowie Entwicklung von Frühindikatoren
- Pflege und Ausbau des BI-Kennzahlensystems und KPI-Reportings
- Unterstützung bei Projektberichten und Präsentation der Ergebnisse
- Mitarbeit in Abschlussprozessen und Weiterentwicklung von Systemen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling
- 5 bis 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Budgetierung, Erstellung von Forecasts und Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen
- Kenntnisse in Markt- und Rohstoffanalysen sowie der Entwicklung von Frühindikatoren
- Praxis im Projektmanagement und in der Erstellung von Projektberichten
- Mitarbeit in Abschlussprozessen (HGB/US GAAP) und Weiterentwicklung von Systemen wie dem eProcurement-System
- Fähigkeit zur Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und KPI-Reportings
