L/S Equity Portfolio Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage a long/short equity portfolio with full accountability for P&L generation and risk management
- Develop and execute a repeatable, scalable investment process with clear alpha drivers
- Generate idiosyncratic ideas across long and short books, with a strong emphasis on downside protection
- Construct and manage a market-neutral or low net exposure portfolio, with disciplined factor and risk control
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing capital in a long/short equity strategy (typically 3-5+ years as a PM or strong APM ready to step up)
- Demonstrable P&L attribution and Sharpe profile, with consistency through different market environments
- Strong risk discipline, including draw-down management and factor awareness
- Clear, articulable investment process with repeatable alpha generation
- Ability to operate within a defined risk framework
