Ihre Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Produktvision, Strategie und Roadmap für die Investmentplattform
- Führung, Coaching und Ausbau eines leistungsstarken Produktmanagement-Teams
- Verantwortung für den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus von der Idee bis zur Weiterentwicklung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Tech-, UX-, Data- und Compliance-Teams
- Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen, Markttrends und Innovationspotenzialen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen und interner Richtlinien
- Monitoring relevanter KPIs sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung auf Basis von Datenanalysen
Ihr Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement mit Führungsverantwortung im Banking-, Investment- oder digitalen Finanzumfeld
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Investmentprodukten, Handelsplattformen oder Vermögenslösungen
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Skalierung von Teams in agilen Organisationsstrukturen
- Sicherer Umgang mit regulierten Märkten und Compliance-Anforderungen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und starke Kundenorientierung
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
