Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing investment bank, growing at a rapid pace, looking to nearly double in the next year. Known for their personalized approach to client service and deep expertise, this bank already has well over 15 mandates signed on for next year. Our client works closely with mid-market and founder-family-owned companies, providing high-level advisory services. Due to continued growth and increasing deal flow, our client is looking to add an Investment Banking Associate to their talented team.
Position Overview:
The Investment Banking Associate will play a critical role in our client's Sports, Media, & Entertainment advisory team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience within investment banking, with a focus on M&A transactions. You will be responsible for supporting senior bankers in all aspects of the deal process, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, pitch book preparation, client communication, and due diligence. This is an excellent opportunity to take on more responsibility and gain exposure to high-impact deals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for:
- Assisting in executing sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions as well as cap raises
- Being a part of client meetings and marketing meetings
- Partaking in research in order to generate new business
- Preparing for proposals, offering memoranda, transaction related financial models, and more for client meetings
 
Investment Banking Associate should have the following qualifications:
- 2-4 years experience within Investment Banking
- Bachelor's Degree
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Experience performing financial analysis as well as valuation analyses in excel
