Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on transactions
- Perform in-depth research on industry trends, comparable companies, and precedent transactions
- Manage due diligence processes, including data room organization and Q&A with clients
- Conduct detailed financial statement analysis and industry bench marking
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and prospective investors
Investment Banking Associate should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking
- Experience in Industrials
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for interacting with clients and delivering complex information clearly
- Strong relationship-building ability
