Investment Banking Analyst - REMOTE
This is a high-exposure opportunity to work directly with senior bankers on live transactions ranging from $5MM to $500MM. The firm is experiencing significant inbound demand, maintains a highly selective approach to taking on mandates, and has built a reputation for consistently closing the transactions it pursues.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of investment banking experience
- Required: sell-side M&A transaction experience
- Closed deal experience preferred
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and execution skills
- Technology, Software, SaaS, or TMT experience preferred, but strong M&A generalists will be considered
- Highly intelligent, driven, coachable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
