Investment Banking Analyst 3 - Technology
Role:
- Execute M&A and strategic advisory mandates across consumer tech, gaming, interactive entertainment and digital media.
- Draft and coordinate marketing materials including Information Memoranda, pitch books and management presentations.
- Build and review financial models, valuation analyses and transaction scenarios.
- Drive workstreams independently, supporting Associates, VPs and senior bankers on live transactions and pitches.
- Engage directly with clients, management teams and investors, taking increasing ownership as deals progress.
- Support junior team members and contribute to a lean, high‑quality execution environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Analyst 2-3 within investment banking or a top‑tier advisory boutique or private equity firm.
- Strong technical capability with a clear execution mindset and attention to detail.
- Demonstrable deal experience across technology, consumer tech, interactive entertainment, media or gaming (other backgrounds may be considered if there is significant overlap e.g. consumer or generalist M&A/PE advisory).
- Comfortable operating in small deal teams with a high degree of responsibility.
- Able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven environment.
