Senior Associate | Associate Director | Director | Managing Director
Location: Remote within the U.S. with travel to client sites as needed
Our client, a global healthcare consulting firm, is growing its Healthcare Quality & Performance Improvement team and is looking for professionals who are passionate about helping healthcare organizations improve quality, outcomes, and operational performance.
This team works closely with hospitals, health systems, provider organizations, and health plans on initiatives related to patient safety, care management, quality performance, population health, and operational improvement.
What You'll Do
- Partner with healthcare organizations to improve quality, performance, and patient outcomes
- Support projects focused on:
- Patient safety and infection prevention
- Care management and care coordination
- Quality metrics and public scorecards
- Population health and value-based care
- Operational improvement
- Workforce effectiveness and change management
- Turn data and insights into practical recommendations that drive results
- Work directly with healthcare leaders to implement solutions and improve performance
- Lead project teams and client relationships based on experience level
What We're Looking For
- Current healthcare consulting experience
- Experience in healthcare quality, patient safety, care management, population health, or performance improvement
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with hospitals, health systems, provider groups, and/or health plans
Preferred Backgrounds
We're especially interested in candidates who started their careers in healthcare and later transitioned into consulting.
Preferred credentials include:
- MD / DO
- RN
- NP / APRN
- PA
- CRNA
- PharmD
- Other licensed healthcare professionals
An active license is a plus, particularly for Director and Managing Director-level candidates, but is not required.
