What You'll Do
- Analyze large healthcare datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Build predictive models and analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making
- Evaluate healthcare performance, utilization, and financial outcomes across diverse client engagements
- Translate complex analyses into clear recommendations and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinicians, actuaries, and other healthcare experts
- Participate in client-facing workstreams and help solve real-world healthcare challenges
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, medical economics, consulting, or data science
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Python, R, or SAS
- Experience working with healthcare claims or other complex healthcare datasets
- Ability to communicate analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
