Salary: $80,000-100,000/year + bonus

Client/Job Summary:

A leading global investment firm is seeking a Fund Administration Analyst to join its fund reporting team, working across a range of pooled investment vehicles spanning both U.S. and international structures.

This is a unique opportunity to get exposure to a variety of strategies (including credit, equities, multi-asset, and more complex instruments) and the opportunity to work closely with internal teams and external partners in a collaborative environment and positive culture.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their experience in fund reporting within a complex, institutional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing financial statements and portfolio reporting across multiple fund structures
  • Partnering with internal teams and external auditors to support reporting and disclosures
  • Assisting with accounting research, technical documentation, and implementation of new standards
  • Supporting audit cycles, regulatory filings, and ongoing fund operations
  • Collaborating with third-party administrators and custodians to ensure accurate reporting

Key Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in fund accounting, audit, or financial reporting
  • Familiarity with investment funds (onshore/offshore, multi-class, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP; exposure to Australian or Irish funds a plus
  • Someone proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
