Mein Kunde ist ein stark wachsendes Unternehmen in Berlin im FMCG‑Bereich, das eine hands‑on Kultur mit viel Eigenverantwortung lebt. Für das Finance‑Team suche ich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Finanzbuchhalter (w/m/d), die/der kurzfristig starten kann.
Aufgaben
- Eigenständige und vollständige Durchführung des Monatsabschlusses (HGB)
- Verantwortung fĂĽr Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Hauptbuchhaltung
- Kontenabstimmung sowie Klärung von Differenzen
- Mahnwesen & Forderungsmanagement (B2B)
- Vorbereitung relevanter Unterlagen fĂĽr JahresabschlĂĽsse (nice-to-have)
- UnterstĂĽtzung beim Aufbau und der Optimierung von Prozessen, Strukturen & SOPs
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, Operations und dem Management
- Tägliche Arbeit mit DATEV sowie regelmäßige Nutzung von Excel / Google Sheets
Profil
- Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der laufenden Buchhaltung sowie in der eigenständigen Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen nach HGB
- Sehr gute DATEV‑Kenntnisse sowie routinierter Umgang mit Excel / Google Sheets
- Deutsch C1, Englisch mind. B2/C1
- Hands‑on‑Mentalität und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
