FICC Corporate Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients in China and Hong Kong, including listed companies and large private enterprises
- Originate and execute sales of FX, Rates, and Credit products, including spot, forwards, options, swaps, bonds, and structured solutions.
- Provide market insights, trade ideas, and hedging strategies to clients based on macroeconomic trends and client-specific exposures.
- Collaborate with trading, structuring, and research teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory developments and ensure compliance with internal and external policies.
- Drive revenue growth and client penetration through proactive engagement and strategic account planning.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and product proposals tailored to client needs.
- Monitor and report on client activity, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate sales or client coverage within financial markets, with a focus on FX, Rates, or Credit.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, market dynamics, and risk management strategies.
- Proven track record of revenue generation and client relationship management.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
