I'm working with a growing cross-asset sales trading desk that is continuing to expand its global footprint. The desk has an established presence across equities and index futures, alongside activity in ETFs, options, and selected fixed income products.
This opportunity is for experienced Sales Traders with a focus on equities and equity derivatives, particularly individuals who can bring or develop strong buy-side client relationships.
This role offers the opportunity to join a desk that combines an existing revenue base with clear growth ambitions. You will be responsible for driving flow through active client coverage, distributing across equity and index futures, equity derivatives, and ETFs, while contributing to the ongoing build-out of the platform.
The team operates internationally, with presence across London, Paris, Frankfurt, and other key financial centres. The environment is collaborative but also entrepreneurial, giving individuals the scope to make a direct impact on revenue and franchise development.
The hiring strategy is focused on quality rather than headcount targets, with a preference for commercially minded individuals who can add meaningful revenue and contribute to long-term growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in sales trading
- Proven track record of revenue generation
- Strong buy-side client relationships
- Experience across equities, equity derivatives, and index futures
- Additional cross-asset exposure is beneficial
- Commercial mindset and ability to operate within a growing platform
