Our client, a highly regarded player in the finance sector, is looking to hire an experienced Equity Derivatives Sales professional to join our client's team in London. You will focus on distribution and retail clients across the Nordic and/or Iberian regions, driving revenue growth and deepening client relationships for our client's equity derivatives business.
The Role
In this permanent position, you will leverage 8-16 years of experience to originate, structure, and distribute equity derivative products to a sophisticated client base. Partnering closely with trading and structuring, you will be instrumental in expanding our client's footprint across Nordic and Iberian markets.
Key Skills
- Sales: Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships, drive new business, and achieve ambitious revenue targets in a front-office environment.
- Derivative Products: Strong understanding of equity derivatives, including structures, pricing, and risk, enabling you to communicate complex solutions clearly to distribution and retail clients.
- Equity: Solid equity market knowledge, helping you identify opportunities, position products effectively, and tailor solutions to client investment strategies.
- London Market Exposure: Experience operating in or with London-based institutions, giving you familiarity with a major global financial hub and its regulatory and commercial landscape.
