Title: Director / Managing Director - Media and Entertainment
Salary: $275,000 plus commission on all deals originated

Serving entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, private equity sponsors, and global corporations, the firm is recognized for its deep industry knowledge and client-first approach. This role sits within the dynamic Media & Entertainment team, an area which they believe is poised for significant growth, where you'll help expand market share and drive transformative deals in one of the most exciting industries today. The team is based out of their New York office, but they can be flexible on location for the right candidate.
The Director / Managing Director will be responsible for...
· Identifying, qualifying, and generating new prospect leads while managing the client relationships and overseeing all client and counter-party communication
· Leading a specific practice or product area, as applicable, and developing thought leadership in target sectors
· Overseeing all key steps in the sale execution process and leading all negotiations and strategy development
The Director / Managing Director should have the following qualifications:
·10 plus years of experience in the M&A space along with 5 plus years in the Media and Entertainment Space
· Ability to engage with prospects and intermediaries, develop relationships, and work seamlessly as a bridge for introducing other senior bankers into these relationships
· FINRA Series 7, 63 or 79 license
