Our client, a leading boutique investment bank specializing in Healthcare M&A, is undergoing a major transformation-and they're looking for a Director of Operations to help build the future.
This is a builder role for someone who wants a clear path to COO. You'll design and scale the operating infrastructure that powers their growth from $20M to $50M in revenue.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate operations across U.S. banking teams and nearshore specialists in 3 countries
- Implement systems and processes for time tracking, project management, and automation
- Manage and develop teams, vendors, and HR administration
- Analyze performance data to optimize capacity and profitability
- Drive cross-functional alignment between leadership and operational teams
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve scalability and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
- 5-10 years of operations experience in professional services (consulting, banking, law)
- Proven success managing remote/international teams
- Strong project management and process-building skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
- Experience implementing technology-driven solutions for operational improvement
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change management initiatives
