A leading investment banking platform is seeking a Senior Analyst or Associate 1 to join its high-performing Communications & Digital Infrastructure M&A team in New York. This role offers exposure to complex, large-scale advisory assignments across data centers, fiber, towers, wireless infrastructure, cable, and broader digital infrastructure sectors.
The team is highly active on the M&A front, advising on marquee transactions and competing directly with top bulge bracket and elite boutique firms. The position offers significant client exposure, hands-on deal execution responsibility, strong mentorship from senior bankers, and a clear path for long-term career progression.
Responsibilities
- Execute M&A transactions from origination through closing
- Build and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses
- Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, and transaction documentation
- Conduct industry and company research within digital infrastructure and communications sectors
- Support senior bankers in managing client relationships and live deal processes
- Coordinate due diligence and transaction execution across multiple stakeholders
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of direct Investment Banking experience
- Strong preference for M&A advisory experience
- Prior exposure to Technology, TMT, Communications, Media, or Digital Infrastructure sectors preferred
- Demonstrated financial modeling and valuation capabilities
- Experience working on closed transactions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Currently operating at the Senior Analyst or Associate 1 level
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
