Aufgabenbereich:
- Weiterentwicklung der LGD-Modelle: Verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung aller LGD-Modelle im Retail-Geschäft (IRB-Modelle).
- Datenaufbereitung: Zuständig für die Sammlung und Aufbereitung von Verlustdaten zur Unterstützung der LGD-Modelle.
- Präsentation und Verteidigung: Präsentation und Verteidigung der Modelle vor Aufsichtsbehörden (BaFin, Bundesbank), Wirtschaftsprüfern sowie der Geschäftsführung und Bereichsleitung.
- Ansprechpartner: Hauptansprechpartner in der Bank für alle Fragen rund um Verlustdatensammlung und LGD-Modelle.
Anforderungen:
- Python und Bitbucket: Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python und Bitbucket sowie Erfahrung in der Codeentwicklung.
- Statistik: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Statistik, insbesondere in der Anwendung von Regressionsmodellen.
- LGD-Modelle: Vertrautheit mit LGD-Modellen gemäß den EBA-Richtlinien (EBA-GL-2017-16).
- Erfahrung in fachlicher Führung und der Leitung von Projekten wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
