Für ein renommiertes Unternehmen in Bayern suchen wir einen Chief Financial Officer (CFO) (m/w/d). In dieser Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die strategische und operative Gesamtverantwortung für den Finanzbereich. Als enger Sparringspartner der Geschäftsführung treiben Sie die finanzielle Steuerung des Unternehmens voran und schaffen die Grundlage für nachhaltiges Wachstum und langfristigen Unternehmenserfolg.
Verantwortungsbereich
- Gesamtverantwortung für Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Treasury und Tax
- Strategischer Sparringspartner der Geschäftsführung bei Unternehmenssteuerung, Wachstum und Finanzplanung
- Verantwortung für Budget-, Forecast-, Reporting- und Jahresabschlussprozesse
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Finanzorganisation sowie Optimierung relevanter Prozesse und Systeme
- Steuerung von Liquidität, Cashflow, Finanzierungen sowie der Zusammenarbeit mit Banken, Wirtschaftsprüfern und weiteren externen Partnern
Ihr Profil
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Finanzbereich, idealerweise als CFO, Finance Director oder Head of Finance
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Accounting, Controlling, Treasury und Unternehmenssteuerung
- Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denkvermögen sowie hohe analytische Kompetenz
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung von Finanzprozessen und Organisationsstrukturen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
