Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) - European Private Bank
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to Relationship Managers in managing client portfolios and servicing client needs
- Assist in account opening processes, documentation, KYC reviews, and periodic account maintenance
- Prepare client materials including portfolio reviews, investment proposals, and meeting presentations
- Execute client transactions accurately and in a timely manner across various asset classes
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., compliance, operations, products) to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing
- Monitor and follow up on pending client requests and ensure timely resolution
- Support in identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and service delivery
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services
- Strong understanding of banking products, including equities, fixed income, FX, and structured products
- Familiarity with account opening, KYC/CDD requirements, and regulatory standards
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Chinese is required
