A well-established data and analytics firm is expanding its footprint in commercial real estate and is hiring an Account Executive to help drive that growth.

The Opportunity
This is a new business, enterprise sales role focused on selling data-driven solutions to organizations across the commercial real estate ecosystem, including REITs, real estate private equity firms, and other institutional investors.
You'll be responsible for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and guiding prospects through a consultative sales process. The role suits someone who is comfortable operating independently, understands how data supports investment decisions, and is motivated by building something rather than maintaining an existing book.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing a targeted new business strategy within the CRE market
- Building a pipeline through direct outreach, industry events, and network-driven referrals
- Engaging with senior stakeholders (analysts, investment teams, research leads) to understand their workflows and priorities
- Demonstrating how data and analytics can support property-level and portfolio-level decision making
- Managing the full sales cycle, including presentations, proposals, and contract negotiation
- Collaborating with internal teams to support client evaluations and technical discussions
- Keeping track of pipeline activity and forecasts in CRM
- Representing the company at key industry conferences and events
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales within data, analytics, or research-driven products
- Direct exposure to or experience selling into commercial real estate clients
- Understanding of how CRE professionals evaluate assets and portfolios (e.g., occupancy, tenant performance, market dynamics)
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Proven track record of generating new business and building a pipeline
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with investment professionals
