Position Title: Credit Analyst / Assistant Relationship Manager - Origination
Location: Singapore
Reporting To: Managing Director

Overview:

The platform works with multinational and domestic corporates to deliver tailored financing solutions that blend structured capital with AI-powered supply chain management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and structure strategic trade finance transactions
• Lead client engagement from prospecting through to negotiation and execution
• Develop bespoke financing solutions that integrate the platform's digital and capital capabilities
• Collaborate with global teams for onboarding, credit documentation, and operational support
• Provide strategic input on deal structuring, risk mitigation, and client relationship management

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in structured finance, trade finance, or corporate banking
• Strong credit analysis skills and understanding of capital markets and DCM
• Proven track record in deal origination and execution
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong network across corporates in Asia
• Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial setup
