Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the tax practice with a focus on middle-market and high-growth clients.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new clients and expand service offerings.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Stay current on tax regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and thought leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.
• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a collaborative approach to firm growth.
