Role Responsibilities

* Lead capital raising efforts for their real estate strategies, targeting institutional and family office investors.

* Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan aligned with the firm's growth ambitions.

* Build and maintain deep relationships with LPs globally.

* Collaborate with investment and product teams to shape marketable offerings and ensure alignment with investor needs.

* Represent the firm externally at investor meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Role Requirements

* Proven track record in capital raising within real estate or private markets, ideally 10+ years of experience.

* Strong network across institutional investors, family offices, or boutique allocators.

* Experience from a family office, placement agent, or boutique investment firm is preferred.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and lead fundraising initiatives from the ground up.

* Comfortable operating in a lean, agile environment with direct access to decision-makers.
