Job Description: Turnaround and Restructuring Manager

About the Role: My client is seeking a driven and skilled Turnaround & Restructuring Manager. This role is with a reputable turnaround and restructuring firm, known for its T&R solutions, strong culture, and opportunity for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and build 13-week cash flow forecasts and three-statement financial models from scratch.
Analyze financial statements and operational data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies.
Lead and manage turnaround plans and restructuring initiatives, collaborating with senior team members and clients.
Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence to support decision-making processes.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
Travel as required to client sites and other locations to support project execution.

Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in turnaround and restructuring, financial analysis, or a related field.
Proven experience in building 13-week cash flows and three-statement models from scratch.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.
