Real Estate Private Equity Analyst

Title: Acquisitions, Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX

Our client is a vertically integrated real estate investment firm based in Dallas, TX. Founded over 10 years ago, this real estate investment firm focuses on acquiring and enhancing value-add multifamily properties across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the sourcing and underwriting of new investment opportunities
• Develop internal communications and present potential acquisitions
• Build and maintain detailed cash flow models for both new and existing assets
• Collaborate with asset management teams on leasing strategies, financing, dispositions, and other portfolio decisions
• Create presentation materials for investor communications
• Monitor and report on performance metrics for current investments
• Support periodic valuations of portfolio assets
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc internal requests

Qualifications

• ~1 year of relevant professional experience or internships
• Academic background in business, finance, real estate, or related fields from top-tier institutions
• Strong academic and/or professional track record
• Advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• High level of integrity, work ethic, and responsiveness to direction
• Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Excel modeling required; familiarity with ARGUS Enterprise preferred
