We Are Seeking: Product Managers (Payments, Deposits, Cards)
These roles are critical to driving the next phase of growth for the company's core banking products. As a Product Manager, you will own strategy, execution, and innovation for one of the following areas: Payments, Deposits, or Cards. You'll work cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class customer experiences, optimize product performance, and ensure compliance in a highly regulated environment.
Ideal candidates are proactive, analytical, and thrive in fast-moving fintech settings. You'll have the opportunity to shape product roadmaps, launch new features, and influence the company's expansion into new markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and execution for your assigned portfolio (Payments, Deposits, or Cards)
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve growth and profitability targets
- Drive product innovation and feature enhancements to improve customer experience
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform decisions
- Collaborate with technology, compliance, and operations teams to streamline processes
- Ensure adherence to governance and regulatory requirements across all initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- 5-6+ years of product management experience in banking or fintech (Payments, Deposits, or Cards)
- Strong understanding of risk and compliance frameworks for financial products
- Proven ability to manage projects, analyze data, and solve complex problems
- Independent, resourceful, and comfortable working under pressure in an agile environment
