Location:
Irving, TX (Onsite)
Weekly travel is expected, with regular visits to prospective partner businesses and industry events.
Partnership Development Associate Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and prospective acquisition partners.
- Identify, research, and qualify potential partnership and acquisition opportunities across target markets.
- Conduct industry, market, and company research to support growth initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, outreach materials, and executive-level communications.
- Participate in meetings with business owners and leadership teams throughout the deal sourcing process.
- Partner closely with Corporate Development and executive leadership to support transaction execution and strategic growth initiatives.
- Assist with M&A-related analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and market assessments.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an M&A Business Development role, Corporate Development or Investment Banking
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to engage external stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership and autonomy.
- Strong communication, presentation, and business development capabilities.
- Previous exposure to M&A, deal sourcing, partnerships, or transaction-related work is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
