Marketing Communications Manager

We are currently working with an international real estate investment firm that is seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join their team in Singapore.

This role focuses on optimizing retail space usage, managing promotional partnerships, and driving revenue through strategic activations across their mall properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team to drive revenue through strategic space licensing and partnership development.
• Build and manage relationships with advertisers, vendors, and event organizers aligned with brand positioning.
• Oversee booking schedules and asset usage to maximize occupancy and minimize downtime.
• Monitor revenue performance, prepare forecasts, and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret business materials and present ideas clearly across various formats.
• Proficient in financial analysis, including ROI calculations, budgeting, and understanding complex data sets.
• Skilled in problem-solving and negotiation, with the ability to adapt strategies in dynamic environments.
• Confident working independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, with solid leadership and software proficiency (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
