Marketing & Communications Change Management AVP/VP

Some requirements for the AVP/VP Marketing & Communications Change Management candidate for a 12 month contract role:

  • Handle all Change Management processes and procedures for the business and handle Communication and Marketing Change Management initiatives
  • Work with the internal business units to define the business vision, manage strategic priorities, and drive the change narrative.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to understand impact across the wider business, and ensure alignment through a clear governance structure and process across the firm
  • Design a clear and effective communication and engagement plan for the wider business
  • Perform change impact assessments and deploy readiness evaluations to identify risks and gaps
  • Engage internal teams and ensure stakeholders adopt the change management processes that are implemented
  • Create a time line and Project Map, and ensure all changes and implementation is done within the time line

The requirements:

  • We are looking for candidates with at least 7 years of experience in Change Management, and candidates who have an understanding of the Asset Management and Investments space may have an advantage
  • We are also looking for candidates with strong Communications and Marketing experience
