Investor Relations Senior Associate Overview

A leading real estate private equity firm is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Investor Relations Senior Associate to join its growing team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving capital formation and strengthening investor relationships, serving as a key contributor to the firm's fundraising strategy and communication efforts.

In this position, you will work hand-in-hand with senior leadership, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making while managing critical investor touchpoints. Responsibilities include preparing high-impact marketing materials, coordinating investor meetings, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting across all investor communications. This role offers exceptional visibility within the organization and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the firm's long-term growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior leadership to assist with raising funds and managing investor relationships.
• Attend and host fundraising meetings with prospective and current LPs.
• Interface directly with investors to field questions and provide assistance on a daily basis.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and organize marketing materials.
• Onboard investors and manage related processes, including maintaining CRM systems, responding to investor information requests (RFPs), and completing due diligence questionnaires (DDQs).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-6+ years of relevant experience in Investor Relations (preferred within Private Equity).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intellectually curious and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
