Key Responsibilities
As an Investment Banking Vice President, you will play a critical leadership role in the execution and origination of advisory assignments, including:
- Leading the execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions from inception through closing
- Managing day-to-day client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction process
- Overseeing financial analyses, valuation work, marketing materials, and due diligence processes
- Mentoring and developing junior bankers while ensuring the delivery of high-quality client work
- Supporting business development initiatives through pitch creation, relationship management, and new client outreach
- Conducting industry, market, and company research to identify opportunities and provide strategic insights
Qualifications
- 6+ years of investment banking experience, with Vice President-level transaction execution responsibilities
- Strong track record of closed M&A transactions
- Experience covering one or more of the following sectors: Healthcare, Technology, Consumer, Business Services, Industrials, or Financial Services
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple transactions and client relationships simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Excellent financial modeling, valuation, communication, and leadership skills
