We are currently partnered with a rapidly growing, Dallas-based investment banking firm with a strong presence in the middle market space. They're actively looking to add an experienced Investment Banking Associate to their dynamic team, offering significant exposure to sell-side M&A and a clear path for upward mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support execution of sell-side M&A transactions
• Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
• Prepare client-ready presentations and marketing materials
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership throughout the deal process
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to firm development

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Investment Banking experience ideally in Health care, but open to other industries
• Strong sell-side M&A execution background
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX
