They're actively looking to add an experienced Investment Banking Associate to their dynamic team, offering significant exposure to sell-side M&A and a clear path for upward mobility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support execution of sell-side M&A transactions
- Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
- Prepare client-ready presentations and marketing materials
- Collaborate directly with senior leadership throughout the deal process
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to firm development
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Investment Banking experience ideally in Health care, but open to other industries
- Strong sell-side M&A execution background
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX
