Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for:
- Supporting end-to-end M&A transaction execution
- Conducting industry and company research across energy and infrastructure sectors
- Preparing marketing materials and pitch books for client presentations
- Performing financial modeling and valuation analysis
- Assisting in capital raising efforts (debt and equity)
- Collaborating closely with senior bankers and clients throughout deal processes
Investment Banking Analyst should have the following qualifications:
- 2-3 years of investment banking experience, ideally from middle-market or elite boutique platforms
- Strong closed M&A transaction experience
- Sector experience in industrials, oil & gas, power, utilities, energy, infrastructure, renewables, or energy transition
- Solid accounting and finance knowledge with advanced modeling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
