Investment Associate

We are partnering with a well-established real assets investment firm based in Singapore that is looking to grow its team with the addition of an Investment Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of evaluating investment opportunities across various geographies and asset classes within the real estate sector.
• Build and manage detailed financial models to assess deal structures, returns, and sensitivities.
• Prepare investment materials and presentations for internal stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to support investment theses and underwriting assumptions.
• Collaborate with external advisors (legal, brokers, consultants) to support deal execution.
• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, portfolio reviews, and performance monitoring.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate investing, private equity, investment banking, or fund management.
• Strong academic credentials from a reputable institution.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation capabilities, with a solid understanding of accounting and corporate finance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
