Institutional Relationship Manager - Digital Assets
About The Opportunity
A global trading firm with a long history of success in global markets is expanding its institutional digital assets team and is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to cover counterparties across the Americas.
This is an opportunity to sit close to the flow within a fast-moving crypto trading environment, supporting institutional clients, facilitating activity across spot and derivatives, and helping shape how the desk engages with its most important partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based institutional clients active in digital asset markets
- Support day-to-day trading activity across spot and options, helping coordinate execution with the desk
- Provide timely market insight and context to clients
- Build new institutional relationships across hedge funds, banks, asset managers, and family offices
- Meet clients in person, participate in industry events, and represent the trading business externally
- Identify commercial opportunities and promote products across the broader organization
- Work closely with a global team operating around the clock
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in institutional sales, relationship management, or high-touch trading
- Background in global markets; familiarity with FX or derivatives is a strong advantage
- An interest in digital assets and understanding of how institutional crypto markets function
- Comfort navigating fast-paced environments where urgency and accuracy matter
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver clear, actionable market context
- A highly organized, self-directed work style with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Additional language skills are welcome but not required
