Head of Controlling

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of four Controlling professionals, both functionally and disciplinarily
• Oversee all Controlling activities for the German subsidiary
• Act as the primary point of contact for the corporate headquarters on all Controlling-related matters
• Drive the development of Controlling into a strategic business partner
• Continuously improve processes, methodologies, and systems
• Identify opportunities for optimization and develop actionable plans
• Ensure efficient and timely reporting processes for budgeting and forecasting
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, such as supporting post-merger integrations

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Solid professional experience in Controlling within an international environment
• Ideally, previous leadership experience
• Structured, results-driven approach to work
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to inspire and foster modern Controlling practices
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus
