Head of Controlling
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of four Controlling professionals, both functionally and disciplinarily
- Oversee all Controlling activities for the German subsidiary
- Act as the primary point of contact for the corporate headquarters on all Controlling-related matters
- Drive the development of Controlling into a strategic business partner
- Continuously improve processes, methodologies, and systems
- Identify opportunities for optimization and develop actionable plans
- Ensure efficient and timely reporting processes for budgeting and forecasting
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, such as supporting post-merger integrations
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Solid professional experience in Controlling within an international environment
- Ideally, previous leadership experience
- Structured, results-driven approach to work
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to inspire and foster modern Controlling practices
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus
