Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a top global tech investor is seeking a Fund Accountant for its Miami office. Known for partnering with growth-focused companies, the firm invests through private equity, growth equity, and credit strategies, emphasizing collaboration, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Fund Accountant Responsibilities

• Prepare GP financial statements and capital account summaries
• Manage quarterly close and fund accounting entries
• Handle capital calls, distributions, and related cash flow estimates
• Support carry plan administration and vesting calculations

Fund Accountant Requirements

• 3+ years of Fund Accounting experience
• Experience within financial services group of public accounting firm
• Private equity experiences preferred
• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field
