Financial Reporting Analyst

Location: Greenwich, CT

Salary: $100,000-115,000/year + Bonus

Client/Job Summary:

Our client is a leading commodity trading company. They are seeking a Financial Reporting Accountant to support the reporting function and oversee financial and operational data. This person will also support the audits and other reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Help with annual budget process, track KPIs, and partner with senior management.
• Stay updated with reporting requirements and regulations.
• Act as point of contact for external auditors, respond to inquiries, and review documentation.
• Implement recommendations from audit findings.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
• 5+ years of accounting/audit experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Strong ethical standards.
• Communication, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
